本研究主要探討外轉子永磁無刷馬達示範產線之製程檢驗方式，包含：全數檢查及抽樣檢查，並進行其差異性比較分析，比較兩項檢查方法之用途與優、缺點，同時並探討如何將兩者應用於生產作業。於本研究中馬達成品抽檢方式，為針對當期馬達出貨數量之10%進行抽檢，檢驗項目主要為配合客戶需求之品質目標低振噪、高效率，進行全檢測試項目訂定，故本研究藉由檢驗反電動勢及負載測試，以瞭解馬達效率；檢驗振動測試，以瞭解馬達是否有異音及振噪，以此確保產品品質。

This study is mainly discussed the process inspection methods of the outer rotor BLDC motor demonstration production line which comprised fully inspection and sampling inspection, and conducts a comparative analysis of differences, compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two inspection methods, and discusses how to apply both into production process. In this study, the sampling inspection method of motor is to conduct sampling inspection for 10% of the current motor shipments. The inspection items are mainly to meet the quality objectives of customers' requirements, low vibration and noise, and high efficiency. The research is to check the reverse EMF and load test to understand the motor efficiency; to check the vibration test to know whether the motor has abnormal noise and vibration noise, so as to ensure product quality.
