本研究旨在蒐集國內商用冷藏開放式立櫃展示櫃數據並進行能效落點分析,並提出能效基準建議。依據國家標準CNS 10798商用冷凍冷藏展示櫃之測試方法,使用具有TAF認證之測試實驗室進行櫃體能效之數據蒐集。目前已蒐集11筆國內開放立櫃之能效數據與其溫度類別。在櫃體的溫度類別測試結果中,溫度類別H(-1~10°C)有3台,M2(-1~7°C)有2台,S(>10°C)有6台。在國內開放櫃立櫃能效數據與國外的能效基準公式相比,結果發現澳洲MEPS較為寬鬆,通過台數總計4台,整體通過比率為36%。而中國MEPS與歐盟MEPS較為嚴苛,通過台數總計2台,整體通過比率為18%。為了訂出適合國內的開放櫃的基準公式,本研究建議採用歐盟的能效制定公式,依據櫃體型式訂出基礎基準,再以溫度類別與冷凝機組型式進行修正。

英文摘要

The study is to collect and analyze the performance of commercial refrigerated open-type vertical display cabinets in Taiwan in order to recommend the energy performance benchmark for open-type cabinets. According to the national standard CNS 10798, the test method for commercial refrigerated display cabinets, the performance tests for the open-type cabinet are conducted in the testing laboratory with TAF certification. So far, energy performance and temperature categories of 11 open-type cabinets have been collected. As far as the temperature category is concerned, 3 cabinets belong to temperature categories H (-1 ~ 10 °C), 2 cabinets belong to M2 (-1 ~ 7 °C), and 6 cabinets belong to S (>10 °C), respectively. Comparing the energy performance of open-type cabinets with foreign energy performance benchmarks, it is found that the Australian MEPS is relatively loose. 4 cabinets could pass through, and the overall passing rate is 36%. The Chinese MEPS and EU MEPS are more stringent. Only 2 cabinets could pass through, and the overall passing rate is 18%. In order to formulate an available benchmark formula for open-type cabinets in Taiwan, this study recommends adopting the EU's energy performance formula, which includes a basic factor based on the cabinet type and the correction factors depending on temperature category and condensing unit type.
