本研究探討應用雙段壓縮磁浮離心壓縮機所設計之額定製冷能力240RT雙壓縮機單冷媒循環系統中節能器壓力對其性能之影響。本設備於工研院TAF認證冰水機性能測試實驗室進行CNS 12575全載、AHRI Standard 551/591部分負載IPLV之冰水機性能測試分析。節能器採用閃蒸筒型式,在節能器通往壓縮機中壓口的管路上,因設置可調節進入壓縮機中壓段流量的電子式膨脹閥,儘管膨脹閥流口全開,仍有一定程度的壓降,使進入壓縮機中壓入口之冷媒氣體質量流率降低、節能器壓力升高而影響系統之性能表現。實測全載效率COP為6.21、部分負載效率IPLV為10.423;修改為中壓管路無設置調節閥之後,系統效率上升,實測全載效率COP為6.48與部分負載IPLV為10.651。兩種設計的全載與部分負載效率差異為4.2%與2.14%。

This study investigates the effect of economizer pressure in dual-compressor single chiller system with the rated capacity of 240 RT designed using two-stage compression magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor on its performance. The COP and IPLV performance tests were based on CNS and AHRI 551/591 standards, and conducted by the TAF certified water chiller performance test laboratory of ITRI. The economizer in the two-stage refrigeration cycle of the dual-compressor single chiller system adopts the flash tank. A throttle valve (electronic expansion valve), on the pipeline from the economizer to the compressor ECO port to adjust the volume to compressor medium stage, which reduces the mass flow rate of the refrigerant vapor entering the compressor and increases the pressure of the economizer, and affects the performance of the system. The performance of the pipeline with valve test results show that the COP/IPLV are 6.21/10.423. The COP/IPLV of the pipeline without valves are 6.41/10.651. The COP and IPLV difference between two pipelines are 4.2% and 2.14% respectively.
