空調系統在應用時經常會有部分負載的使用情境,像傍晚天氣轉涼時空調的需求會降低,因此就會在部分負載的狀況下運轉,因此提升馬達在部分負載之效率將有助於提升空調系統低載之能效。本研究之目的在於利用開路繞組與雙變頻器系統來達到提高廣域負載之效率,在低負載時繼電器閉合,使用單一變頻器搭配Y型接線法驅動。在高負載時則繼電器打開,使用兩個變頻器搭配開路繞組驅動。測試結果顯示與標竿變頻器相比,在低負載1200與2150 rpm時,可提升馬達整體效率4~10 %,在中負載2900 rpm時,馬達整體效率提升0.5~1.5 %。

英文摘要

Air conditioning systems are often used in partial load conditions. For example, when the weather gets cooler in the evening, the demand of air conditioner will decrease, so it will operate in part-load conditions. Therefore, the energy efficiency of the air conditioning system is improved by increasing the motor efficiency in part-load conditions. The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of wide-area loads by using open-circuit windings and dual inverter systems. The relay closes at low loads, and the motor is driven by a single inverter and "Y connected system". However, the relay opens at high loads, and the motor is driven by dual inverter and "open end winding". The results show that compared with the benchmark inverter and ITRI inverter. When the motor speed is 1200 and 2150 rpm, the total motor efficiency can be improved about 4~10 %. When the motor speed is 2900 rpm, the total motor efficiency is increased about 0.5~1.5 %.
