幾十年來,變頻化的空調系統被廣泛使用,不僅舒適性提高,在節能效果上也非常顯著,這都是得利於電力電子技術的快速發展和功率模組效能的大幅提升。弦波式脈寬調變(SPWM)是控制功率模組“開”和“關”的關鍵技術,在不同的馬達轉速,提供功率模組適當的切換頻率,不但可減少提供給馬達的電流諧波,更達到節電的效果。在本文中,使用一套馬達驅動器,提供不同的載波頻率給一顆600W的永磁同步馬達,讓馬達運轉在不同的轉速及不同的負載;量測驅動器及馬達的輸入功率和輸出功率,討論並驗證在不同轉速及負載下的節能效果,並將測試資料及節能結果,供國內空調機產業參考。

英文摘要

Over these decades, the comfort and energy efficiency of air conditioners have improved significantly and that has contributed to widespread use of inverter air conditioners around the world, driven by rapid progress of power devices as key components and power electronics technology adopting them. Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is the key technology to control the power module "on" and "off", when motor running in different speed, the technology provides the appropriate switching frequency of the power module, not only can reduce the motor current harmonics, but also achieve the effect of saving power. In this paper, we use a motor driver with different carrier frequencies to drive a 600W permanent magnet synchronous motor, at different speeds and loads. We measure input power and output power with power meter for driver and motor, discuss and verity energy-saving results which motor in different speeds and loads, supply test data and result to reference of the domestic air conditioner industry.
