申請台灣建築中心申辦之綠建築評估-舊建築改善類(EEWH-RN)認證的核可案例數正逐年的增多,表示EEWH-RN有日漸受到重視,而不同版本的簡易評估法計算方式與分級標準微調,因此本文針對此認證方法進行研究。選定EEWH-RN目前已核可之建築物做為研究對象,並對辦公類建築的空調系統改善進行探討,分別依2015版及2019版手冊給定之係數與公式使用簡易評估法做建築減碳量的計算,從而得出系統改善前後的減碳效益。研究結果顯示2015版本所計算之能耗基準值與建築總減碳量皆高於2019版本,其中兩種版本之總減碳量差異主要是由特殊節能設計計算不同所造成。以2015版為標準比較同一種節能技術在2019版所換算之係數在不同案例中不一致。 |
英文摘要 |
The number of renewed buildings with EEWH-RN certification for green buildings in Taiwan hits its record high year by year. The different versions' calculation methods and grading criteria have been adjusted, so this paper studies this authentication method. The research selects the buildings currently labeled by EEWH-RN as objects and researches the improvement of the air conditioning system of office buildings. According to the coefficients and the formulas given in the 2015 and 2019 editions of the manual, the simple evaluation method is used to calculate the carbon reduction of the building, to obtain the carbon reduction benefit before and after the system improvement. The research results show that the energy consumption benchmark value and the total building carbon reduction calculated in the 2015 version are higher than those in the 2019 version. The difference in the total carbon reduction between the two versions is mainly caused by the different calculations of the special energy-saving design. Using the 2015 version as the standard to compare the coefficients converted by the same energy-saving technology in the 2019 version showed inconsistent results in different cases. |
