本研究開發國內首座低耗能金屬有機骨架(Metal-Organic Frameworks,MOFs)吸附劑試量產製程,量產節能型吸附劑,於實際場域進行壓縮空氣乾燥效能驗證。研究中以水熱反應質能平衡、反應單元放大以及造粒製程危害等分析結果,進行整體製程規劃。分析結果顯示:MOF合成不受藥品等級、進料模式及反應溫度(60~95°C)影響,轉化率可達98.8%。該試量產製程每批次可量產71公斤MOF粉體,用於量產2~5mm MOF顆粒,其吸水率等同小量合成MOF。MOF吸附式乾燥機於實際場域測試,可將相對濕度近100%、表壓7kg/cm^2之壓縮空氣乾燥至-30°C露點溫度以下,同時達到2%節能量。未來應釐清系統最佳操作參數,進一步提昇製程節能效益。 |

The aim of this study is to design a pilot-scale Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) production process for manufacturing 2~5 mm MOF pellets by assessing the mass balance in hydrothermal reaction, reactor selection, and granulation process risk. The produced MOF pellets were used to dry the compressed air in a real industrial process. The dehumidification and energy conservation performance of the MOF installed compressed air dryer was examined subsequently. Experimental results indicated that the chemical grade, reactant feeding process, and reaction temperature in the range of 60 to 95°C did not alter the conversation of MOF synthesis. 71 kg MOF was produced in batch reaction. The granulated MOF in 2~5mm diameter showed tiny water adsorption decay as compared to the MOF synthesized from lab-scale reaction. The dew point below -30°C and 2% energy promotion were achieved for the dryer for experiments conducted in 100%RH and 7 kg/cm^2 compressed air. The operating condition of the dryer has to be optimized in further works, that is benefit to promote the progress of MOF application in a commercial industrial process. |
