本研究介紹應用於吊扇外轉子BLDC馬達之轉子磁石自動化貼合製程,建立磁石的品質檢驗規範及優化膠水塗佈的方案,建構一套完整的轉子生產標準作業流程。於此道製程中不良的貼合條件將影響磁石貼合的結構強度、轉子貼合固化時間以及轉子與定子間的氣隙尺寸等,其影響因素如:膠水塗佈方案、膠水用量及磁石幾何尺寸等,在改善各因素後,藉由油壓機搭配模具進行轉子之破壞性實驗,探討膠水塗佈優化方案的磁石貼合強度,並透過標準作業流程將製程良率有效提升。 |
英文摘要 |
This study introduces the automatic bonding process of rotor magnets applied to the outer rotor BLDC motor of ceiling fans, establishes quality inspection specifications for magnets and optimizes the glue coating scheme, and constructs a complete set of standard operating procedures for rotor production. Unfavorable bonding conditions in this process will affect the structural strength of the magnet bonding, curing time, and the size of the air gap between the rotor and the stator. The influencing factors are: glue coating scheme, dosage, and geometric dimensions of the magnet. After improving various factors, the destructive experiment of the rotor was carried out with the hydraulic machine and the mold, and the magnet bonding strength of the glue coating improvement scheme was discussed, and the process yield was effectively improved through the standard operation process. |
