本文旨在介紹各國現行冷風機性能測試方法與其性能指標。由於我國尚無冷風機性能測試標準,故蒐集美國、歐洲、中國與日本的測試標準,比較各測試方法的相同與相異處,包含製冷能力測定法與測試工況。接著說明校準箱之製冷能力測定法的實驗設計、安裝與空間需求與測試流程。最後帶出冷風機性能指標R值與歐洲自願性能效標章,該性能指標可理解成冷風機在單位耗電功率下的製冷能力,以供業界先進參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The article aims to introduce the current performance test methods and performance index of unit coolers in various countries. Since there is no unit cooler performance test standard in Taiwan, test standards are collected from the United States, Europe, China, and Japan for reference. The similarities and differences of each test method were summarized, including the cooling capacity measurement method and test conditions. Moreover, the experimental design of the calibration box was described, including the installation, space requirements, and testing procedure for the determination of the cooling capacity. Finally, the unit cooler performance index R-value and the European voluntary energy efficiency label were introduced. This performance index can be understood as the cooling capacity of the unit cooler under the unit power consumption. |
