本研究對在其沸騰表面燒結了150 μm粒徑粉末顆粒的C70600銅鎳高通量多孔試片在熱通量20-100 kW/m^2,壓力為1.5、2 bar下進行池沸騰實驗,工作液體為R-1233zd(E),並由OM金相顯微鏡、SEM掃描式電子顯微鏡,觀察、拍攝試片之沸騰表面形狀、孔隙率、塗層厚度,以Cooper經驗公式對平滑試片做分析實驗數據誤差,以確認熱傳係數可信程度,平滑試片與Cooper經驗公式誤差值在1.5 bar時為15-18%,在2 bar為23-28%,高通量試片在1.5 bar時熱傳係數相較於平滑試片增加有203-350%,沸騰起始溫度從20 K降低到5 K,在2 bar時熱傳係數相較於平滑試片有232-384%的提升,沸騰起始溫度從18 K降低到3 K。 |

In this pool boiling experiment study, there were two test pieces of the C70600 copper-nickel metal. One was High-Flux porous coating sintered on the boiling surface of the particle size of 150 μm test piece and another was the unsintered, smooth test piece.They were tested at heat flux of 20-100 kW/m^2 , working pressure were 1.5 and 2 bars, and the working liquid was R-1233zd(E).The boiling surface shape, porosity and coating thickness were photographed by OM metallographic microscope and SEM scanning electron microscope. Use Cooper correlation to analyze the experimental data error of the smooth test piece to confirm the reliability of the experiment. The error value between the smooth test piece and Cooper correlation was 15-18% at 1.5 bars, and was 23-28% at 2 bars.At 1.5 bar, the heat transfer coefficient of the high-flux porous test piece increases by 203-350% compared with the smooth test piece, the wall superheat decreases from 20 K to 5 K. At 2 bars, the heat transfer coefficient of the high-flux porous test piece increases by 232-384% compared with the smooth test piece, the wall superheat decreases from 18 K to 3 K. |
