為提升我國玻璃門冷藏櫃之能效表現與均溫性,本研究盤點歐洲、美國、日本、澳洲與中國合計1,746台玻璃門冷藏櫃之資訊,針對各設計參數進行分析,如:冷櫃形式、隔熱材厚度、回風距離及冷媒使用等,提供各國產品設計值作為我國玻璃門冷藏櫃之設計範圍參考,也針對玻璃門冷櫃常出現之短循環、外部熱入侵等痛點給予改善建議。 |
英文摘要 |
To improve the power consumption and temperature non-uniformity of domestic closed refrigerated display cabinets (CRDCs), of which the performance analysis and improvement suggestions are discussed in this study. Totally 1,746 CRDCs-related data collected from Europe, U. S., Japan, Australia, and China were classified to figure out the design trends. Four parts of the CRDC are studied (e.g. the formation of CRDCs, the thickness of insulation material, the distance for circulation of airflow, and the filled refrigerant), then summarized as references for developing high performance domestic products. Also, the solution for short circulation of airflow or external heat intrusion, commonly shown in the CRDCs, is provided in this study. |
