本文針對國內便利商店冷凍冷藏設備開發變頻冷凝機組,為能客觀驗證其節電效益,選擇同品牌與同縣市之不同二家門市進行能效比較,其中一家為採用國內常用之日系品牌變頻CDU,而測試冷藏設備亦為相同開放式冷藏櫃,同時增加五門後補式展示櫃(walk-ins)與三門冷凍展示櫃(reach-ins)之變頻化能效測試。經長達一年(109.7-110.7)完整之測試驗證,由結果顯示,本文所開發之變頻控制系統可依據外氣負載條件進行調整運轉策略,而達到不錯之節電效果,較日系變頻CDU平均節電效率提升15%,而五門後補式展示櫃與三門冷凍展示櫃之變頻化系統分別較定頻系統提升10%與20%。後續可推廣應用至全國便利店,並實現全變頻化之節能方案,以擴大節能減碳效益。 |
英文摘要 |
The paper attempts to propose a self-developed inverter condensing unit (CDU) applied to convenience stores. For feasible assessment in energy efficiency, two same brand stores where are located in the same county and similar equipment were selected for field test to compare the energy consumption of two different inverter CDUs. One is our self-developed and the other is Japanese inverter CDU widely used in domestic convenience stores (CVS). Despite open refrigerated display case, the walk-ins and reach-ins installed in CVS were also verified the efficiency through embedded inverter technology. Through all the year round (109.7-110.7) field test and the power consumption measurement of the refrigeration systems of the two stores were conducted. The results show that the self-developed inverter CDU can adjust itself operation strategy according to the change of the ambient heat load to achieve an optimal energy-saving effectiveness. The energy efficiency of our developed inverter CDU is better than the Japanese inverter CDU by 15%. In addition, the energy-saving efficiency of the walk-ins and reach-ins can be elevated 10% and 20% by use of the our developed inverter module, respectively. In the future, we can apply the total invertization energy-saving solution to all over the convenience stores and then expand the effectiveness of energy conservation and carbon reduction. |
