就學理與經驗而言,影響冷卻塔冷卻能力之主要因素(或曰設計參數)有:塔體結構設計不良、風機之輪轂比設計不佳或與風胴間隙不當、風葉設計或安裝角度不當、入口導風百葉設計不佳、淋水密度不均或循環水量太大、冷卻水與通過空氣在散熱填充材間之均布與否、停滯時間不足等;此外,塔周邊環境或聯塔組合通過風量不一等亦會有一定程度之影響。此些機械性或熱流問題均在本文中作一概略分析;同時,針對:1.入口導風百葉設計不佳,及2.通過散熱填充材之空氣流量變動時等造成通過散熱填充材之速度場趨勢變化另以數值模擬方式進行其流場分析,概此速度場趨勢均布與否對冷卻塔之冷卻能力也會有一定程度之影響,此對目前通行之冷卻塔變風量控制改善將有所助益。 |
英文摘要 |
In terms of learning and experience, the main factors (or called design parameters) that affect the cooling capacity of the cooling tower are: bad design of the tower structure, poor design of the fan hub ratio or improper design with the wind cylinder gap, fan design or installation angle, bad design or installed of the inlet louver, the uneven density of water or the amount of circulating water is too large, cooling water and air through the cooling filler in the lack of holding time, uniform or not, etc.; In addition, the tower surrounding environment or series tower combination through the air volume will also have a certain degree of impact. These mechanical or heat flow problems are analyzed in this paper. At the same time, for: 1. into the wind inlet louvers poor design, and 2. through the cooling filler air flow volume changes caused the velocity trend field change when through the cooling filler. For this problem the numerical simulation methods are used, to solve its flow field analysis, this trend field uniform distribution of the cooling capacity of the cooling tower will have a certain degree of impact, which is currently on the cooling tower variable air volume control improvement will help beneficial. |
