本研究提供現有玻璃門冷藏展示櫃氣流場分布之量化數據,以供後續氣流場之優化。根據PIV系統可呈現關門期間內部流場分布,發現冷空氣短循環問題嚴重,最多僅可流動至第二層層架高度,而透過背板導流件的安裝可提升各層氣流均勻度,各層流量間標準差減少67%;外氣入侵方面,入侵源來自於玻璃門開啟前方左、右空氣塊,尤其以分別開啟的玻璃門開啟情境下更為明顯,其外氣入侵量為0.1222kg/s,而根據PIV系統觀察到第一、二層高度容易因為冷風機的氣流方向而吸入外氣,而四-六層也容易有內外氣流的交換,若於前方安裝氣簾結構並搭配冷風機風扇逆轉,可提供氣簾抵禦外氣,大幅減少81%之外氣入侵量。 |
英文摘要 |
Quantitative data on the airflow field distribution of existing closed refrigerated display cabinets (CRDC) was provided in this study, applicable for the further airflow optimization. According to the particle image velocimetry (PIV) system, the internal flow field distribution revealed the defect of short circulation during the closed-door period, that the cold airflow was reluctant to reach the height of the second shelf at most. However, with the installation of the back panel guide, the airflow uniformity could be greatly improved, that the standard deviation of airflow between each layer was reduced by 67%. During the open-door period, the air infiltration from the ambient was calculated 0.1222 kg/s, estimated to mainly come from the left and right air blocks in front of the glass door before the opening. Also, the ambient air was inevitably suck in the CRDC near the height of the upper unit cooler, and energetic exchange of the internal and external airflow was observed at the height of the 4-6 shelf. Once a discharge air grille (DAG) was installed with the reversed airflow from the unit cooler, an air curtain was supplied to protect the packages against the ambient air. The external air infiltration was thereby decreased by 81%. |
