本研究旨探討汽車冷氣機用於不同轉速及不同冷凝器溫度下之性能分析,研究結果可供冷凍空調相關產業及單位作為提升汽車用冷氣機性能之參考。實驗標準參照CNS7897汽車用冷氣機檢驗法進行性能測試,針對其性能係數(COP)、能源效率比(EER)、可用能效率(ɛ)與可用能性能係數(EPC)進行分析。經過相關計算與討論之後,結果顯示隨著冷凝溫度上升、壓縮機轉速提升都有著相同趨勢,系統之性能大幅下降,其中在冷凝溫度35°C壓縮機轉速為1000rpm下,其之COP、EER、ɛ、EPC較佳分別為2.9816、2.6179、0.1944及0.1628。 |

The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance analysis of vehicle air- condenser for different rpm and condenser temperatures. The research results can be used as reference for improving the performance of automotive air- condenser. The experimental standard is tested with reference to the CNS7897 vehicle air-conditioner test method, its performance coefficient (COP), energy efficiency ratio (EER), energy efficiency (ɛ) and energetic performance coefficient (EPC) are analyzed. After relevant calculations and discussions, the results show that under the same conditions ,when the condenser temperature increases or compressor speed increases with the same trend, and the performance of the system drops sharply. Among them, the COP, EER, ɛ, EPC are compared at the condensing temperature of 35°C and the compressor 1000 rpm. Are respectively 2.9816, 2.6179, 0.1944 and 0.1628 when better than other. |
