採用全熱交換器達成能源回收是解決空調系統耗電增加的有效方法。由於石化燃料短缺、能源價格高漲以及全球暖化所造成氣候變遷等問題使得節能減碳的意識逐漸抬頭,而全熱交換器是暖通空調系統中常用到的節能設備。本研究的目的是為了找出交叉流全熱交換器能實現多少節能效果,對此本研究進行了兩項與全熱交換器相關的研究,首先使用全熱交換器設備來測試不同趨近溫度下,能達到多少的熱回收效能,並證實不同的溫差條件對全熱交換器熱回收效能影響為何。接著本研究參考“ASHRAE Handbook Fundamentals Chapter 6 PSYCHROMETRICS“與“台灣綠色生產力基金會/空調系統節能技術、綠建築評估手冊”2.4日常節能指標“裡的換算關係式,應用簡易Excel程式建立一具備負載輪廓之模擬工具以摸擬空調負載需求,再以小型辦公空間的空調實際耗能與紀錄設備負載曲線圖驗證全熱交換器於用電節能上的效益,並以2017年同實驗季節時段來做空調耗能比較。 |

Energy recovery using the total heat exchangers is an effective way to solve the problem of increased power consumption in air conditioning systems. Due to the shortages of fossil fuels, high energy prices, and climate change caused by global warming, awareness of energy conservation and carbon reduction has progressively increased, whereas the total heat exchangers are commonly used energy-saving equipment in HVAC systems. The purpose of this study is to investigate the energy-saving effect achieved by cross-flow total heat exchangers. This paper conducted both experimental and theoretical studies on characterization of total heat exchangers. First, we implemented a total heat exchanger experimental equipment to assess the energy saving outcomes at different approach temperatures for investigating the influences of varied dry bulb temperatures on the heat recovery efficiency of the total heat exchanger. Based on the principles of "ASHRAE Handbook Fundamentals Chapter 6 PSYCHROMETRICS" and" Taiwan Green Productivity Foundation/Air Conditioning System Energy Saving Technology, Green Building Evaluation Manual 2.4 Daily Energy Saving Indicators", this study then developed a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to formulate a conversion correlation as a simulation tool of the contours to characterize the air conditioning load demand. With the air conditioner energy consumption as the experimental season in 2017 for the comparison basis, the actual energy consumption of the air conditioner in a small office space and the recorded load curve of the equipment were used to verify the effectiveness of energy consumption of the whole heat exchanger. |
