本研究針對一款外轉子吊扇馬達於生產製程中,影響馬達成品品質之關鍵因素進行細部分析。此款外轉子馬達成品於負載振動測試時,發現當轉速設定在202rpm時,馬達運轉會出現異音、且於振動頻譜中之振動測量值亦會出現高峰。藉由改變馬達定子之繞線張力與繞線匝數,將馬達定子重量控制於規範之上,能有效降低馬達振動量值,並改善吊扇於運轉中出現共振之問題。此外,透過分析馬達定子半成品重量分布,可同步建立一套繞線參數標準,並經由生產線持續累積製程數據,將逐步提升繞線參數標準之準確度,以維持馬達定子製程品質。 |
英文摘要 |
In order to maintain the quality of outer rotor motor, this study is aim to analyze the critical factors in the production process of an outer rotor ceiling fan. During the period of vibration testing, the abnormal noise with the irregular peak point of vibration value would occurred when the rotating speed of outer rotor motor is set at 202rpm. Through the adjustment of stator winding tension as well as number of windings, the stator's weight could be controlled above the specification, which give rise to a lower vibration value for the outer rotor motor. Meanwhile, the phenomena of resonance could also be improved. In addition, in pursuit of the high quality of the stator, a table of winding parameters would be created. By means of the continuous data accumulation within the production line, the accuracy of winding parameters standard would able to be increased, which could provide a higher quality assurance for the stator. |
