本文依據台灣電力公司2013年家用電器普及狀況調查結果、產業技術基磐研究與知識服務計畫IT IS資料庫、能源效率分級標示、以及節能標章資料庫,完成無風管空調機近年來重要資訊的研究分析,包括冷氣機普及率、總裝機量、年度銷售量、登錄型號款數、不同機型比較、變頻機型的占比等,介紹空調機現行能效指標冷氣季節性能因數(CSPF)的測試方法,並提供空調機三項能源效率管理制度:容許耗用能源基準(MEPS)、能源效率分級標示、以及自願性節能標章的推動歷程,詳細介紹各項制度推動的歷程,作為空調機業界與政府節約能源政策之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
This study completed research and analysis of important information for non-ducted air conditioners, including popularization rate, amount of installation, annual sales, number of models registered, comparison among different types, proportion of inverter models, etc., in recent years in accordance with the Household Electrical Appliances Survey on the Prevalence 2013 by Taiwan Power Company, database by Industry Technology Information Service, database by Energy Efficiency Grade Labeling Program and Energy Conservation Labeling Program. This paper also introduces the test method for the current energy efficiency index, cooling seasonal performance factor (CSPF) for air conditioners, and also provides the promotion history in details about the three energy efficiency management program, including the minimum energy performance standard (MEPS), energy efficiency grade labeling, and voluntary energy conservation labeling programs, as a reference for the air conditioning industry and the energy conservation policy by the government. |
