國內主要食品零售業每年冷凍空調系統耗電超過23億度電,其中超市冷凍空調系統占8億度,而其冷凍冷藏系統更占整體耗電70%以上,目前國內超市業者長期無適當之節能方案。本文主要針對冷凍冷藏系統自行開發變頻控制模組,透過與超市既有之單壓大馬力(8馬力以上)定頻冷凍冷藏系統整合,並進行長期實際場域測試,平均節能效益可達15%以上,後續將可推廣應用至其他食品零售業,以擴大節能減碳效益並創造新的節能產業。

英文摘要

The total power consumption of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems of food retail industry in Taiwan is over 2.3 billion kilowatt-hour per year, where the share of supermarkets is 0.8 billion kilowatt-hour per year. Furthermore, the power consumption of refrigeration system accounts for more than 70% in supermarkets. The owners have no suitable energy-saving solution for a long time. This paper attempts to propose a self-developed inverter module which can be integrated with the existing fixed speed, single compressor and high horse power (over 8hp) refrigeration system of a supermarket. Through long-term field test, the results show that the energy efficiency can be improved at least by 15%. In the near future, we will implement this module to the other food retail industry to expand the effectiveness of energy conservation and carbon reduction as well as create the new energy-saving industry.
