本研究探討離心式冷媒壓縮機擴壓器寬度對低負載抗喘震能力之影響。以額定製冷能力240 USRT具可變寬度擴壓器之磁浮離心式冷媒壓縮機為實測體,測試其在固定冰水出水溫度與不同冷卻水入水溫度條件下,改變擴壓器寬度量測其製冷能力的變化。實測結果顯示,模擬冷卻水入水溫度30.0±0.5℃、冰水出水溫度7.0±0.5℃,在額定最高轉速18,560rpm與最小擴壓器寬度1.0mm,測得最低製冷能力為98.9USRT,降載比例為額定製冷容量的58.8%;配合調降轉速至喘震轉速16,980rpm時,則製冷能力降低至70.5USRT,降載比例為額定製冷容量的70.62%。另模擬冷卻水入水溫度19.0±0.3℃、冰水出水溫度7.0±0.3℃,維持15,080rpm的轉速條件下,最小擴壓器寬度1.0mm,所測得之最低製冷能力為88.9USRT,降載比例為額定製冷容量的62.96%;配合調降轉速至喘震轉速12,960rpm時,降載比例為額定製冷容量的86.5%。 |

This study investigated the effect of the diffuser width on surge prevention. The test object is the rated 240USRT AMB (active magnetic bearing) R134a centrifugal compressor which equipped with variable diffuser mechanism. To measure the variation of cooling capacity of different diffuser width. It's tested under certain chilled water outlet and different cooling water inlet temperature. The test results show that the lowest cooling capacity is 98.9USRT at the speed of 18,560rpm and the lowest width 1.0mm. Which the cooling water inlet temperature is 30.0±0.5℃ and the chilled water outlet temperature is 7.0±0.5℃. It is 58.8% of the rated cooling capacity. When the rotation speed is further down to the surge limit speed of 16,980rpm. The cooling capacity reduced to 70.5 USRT. The turn down ratio is 70.62% of the rated cooling capacity. If the rotation speed maintained at 15,080rpm and the lowest width 1.0mm. Which the cooling water inlet temperature is 19.0±0.3℃ and the chilled water outlet temperature is 7.0±0.3℃. The lowest cooling capacity is 88.9USRT, which is 62.96% of the rated cooling capacity. When the rotation speed is further down to the surge limit speed of 12,960rpm. The turn down ratio is 86.5% of the rated cooling capacity. |
