本文是討論當高速懸浮式冰水機在高速運轉下,突然失去外部電力系統,導致高速懸浮式冰水機內部的電能不足,無法足夠的電磁力使馬達的轉子與定子維持一定的間隙,甚至造成馬達轉子在高速旋轉下,碰觸馬達的定子,進而引起冰水機內機構物件的損毀。為了避免因外部電力的喪失,導致高速懸浮式冰水機系統損毀,會在控制器內加裝電池等裝備,但它會使控制器的體積增加,也增加電池電量保養的困擾。本文則是利用高速懸浮式冰水機內的馬達驅動裝置,當冰水機的外部電力失去時,利用驅動器內的控制架構,使冰水機內的馬達架構轉換為發電機裝置,並將馬達的回升電力注入控制器內,讓高速旋轉的馬達降到安全的轉速範圍後,再使馬達的轉子停放在定子上;這樣,不但確保高速懸浮式冰水機的安全,又不增加控制器的體積和費用。 |

This article discusses that when the high-speed suspension chiller suddenly loses the external power system under high-speed operation, the internal electrical energy of the high-speed suspension chiller is insufficient, and the electromagnetic force cannot be enough to maintain a certain gap between the rotor and stator of the motor, and even causes the motor rotor to touch the stator of the motor under high-speed rotation, which then causes the damage of the mechanism object in the chiller. In order to avoid the damage of the high-speed suspension chiller system due to the loss of external power, batteries and other equipment will be installed in the controller, but it not only increases the volume of the controller, but also increases the trouble of battery maintenance. In this paper, the motor drive device in the high-speed suspension chiller is used, when the external power of the chiller is lost, the control architecture in the driver is used to convert the motor architecture in the chiller into the generator device, and the recovery power of the motor is injected into the controller, so that the high-speed rotating motor is reduced to a safe speed range, and then the rotor of the motor is parked on the stator; In this way, the safety of the high-speed suspension chiller can be ensured, and the size and cost of the controller will not be increased. |
