由於傳統空調系統的壓縮機轉速無法因應環境溫度變化而有靈活的調整,使得能源運用上產生了不必要的消耗。因此,本文設計一種新穎控制器於一臺室外機對多臺室內機的空調系統,開發一對多變冷媒流量空調系統。本文目標運用模型預測控制器對於壓縮機轉速和膨脹閥開度進行控制,並在控制器中加入拉蓋爾演算法,簡化模型的計算,同時提升追蹤系統的動態特性。實驗過程先透過數值模擬方法對於控制器進行模擬,確認符合標準後再將其套用至一對多變冷媒實驗平臺進行測試。目標為控制各房間室內溫度達到26℃,並保持穩態誤差小於0.5℃,且過熱度大於0℃。 |

Traditional air conditioning systems often incur unnecessary energy consumption due to their inability to adjust compressor speed in response to ambient temperature. This paper presents a novel controller design to develop a one-to-many variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system based on one outdoor and multiple indoor units. The objective is to use a model predictive controller to control compressor speed and expansion valve opening. The Laguerre algorithm is incorporated into the controller to simplify model calculations and enhance the capture of the system's dynamic characteristics. The experimental process initially involves simulating the controller using numerical methods. Once the simulation meets the required standards, the controller is tested on a one-to-many variable refrigerant experimental platform. The goal is to maintain the indoor temperature of 26°C, with a steady-state error of less than 1°C and a superheat above 0°C. |
