自109年7月1日起，我國正式實施冰水機組能效分級標示法規，這一標示制度的目的是在不影響耗能產品其他特性（如性能、品質、安全和價格）的情況下，對產品的能源性能提出具體要求。為有效監督和管理市場上的產品，本計畫依「蒸氣壓縮式冰水機組能源效率標示檢查及能源效率抽測作業要點」執行蒸氣壓縮式冰水機組產品能源效率檢查，確保已完成能效分級登錄之冰水機產品符合能源效率基準，並保護消費者的權益，同時增加其對於能源效率分級標示產品之信心。本文將介紹我國冰水機能效檢查的作業辦法和施行現況，透過冰水機能效檢查過程，我們不僅能有效監督市場上的冰水機產品，還能掌握國內外冰水機產品的技術發展情況，這將為未來節能政策的推廣提供重要的參考依據。

Starting from July 1, 2020, Taiwan officially implemented the chiller energy efficiency labeling regulations. This labeling system aims to impose specific energy performance requirements on products, Certified products must deliver the features and performance demanded by consumers, in addition to increased energy efficiency. To effectively supervise and manage products in the market, we conduct energy efficiency inspections based on the " Requirements on Minimum Energy Performance Standard and Energy Efficiency Rating Labelling and Inspection of water chilling packages using the vapor compression cycle" This ensures that chillers registered with energy efficiency grades meet the efficiency benchmarks, protects consumer rights, and enhances consumer confidence in products with energy efficiency grading labels.
