呂本中在《官箴》提到仁人所處，能「變虎狼如人類」；如其不然，則「變人類如虎狼」。本文以孔子為「變虎狼如人類」的代表；而季康子為「變人類如虎狼」的代表。比較並論述兵隨將轉，移風易俗。

Ben-Zhong Lu mentioned in "Official Proverbs" that where a benevolent person was, he could "change tigers and wolves like human beings"; if not, "change humans like tigers and wolves". This article takes Confucius as the representative of "changing tigers and wolves like human beings" and Kangzi Ji as the representative of "changing human beings like tigers and wolves". And then discusses that the soldiers change with the generals, and the customs will change.
