目的：評價ICF-RS在住院腦卒中患者康復功能評估中的應用，為腦卒中患者的功能評估提供客觀依據。方法：選取30例住院腦卒中患者為研究對象，利用ICF-RS量表及Fulg-Meyer量表對患者進行康復評估。結果：ICF-RS量表中身體功能、活動及參與三個成分的量表內部一致性指標Cronbach's α係數分別是0.886、0.708及0.817（P <0.05）；前後兩次評估中，ICF-RS量表身體功能、活動維度得分與Fugl-Meyer評分的相關係數為-0.935、-0.946及-0.836、-0.829（P <0.05）；治療前後ICF-RS中身體功能、活動維度及Fugl-Meyer量表評分有統計學差異（P <0.05）。結論：ICF-RS量表具有良好的信度和效度，可以作為一種有效的測量工具對腦卒中患者的康復功能狀況進行評估。

Objective: To evaluate the application of ICF-RS in the evaluation of stroke patients, and provide a objective evidence for the function assessments of patients. Methods: 30 inpatients with stroke were selected as the research subjects, and the patients were evaluated by ICF-RS scale and Fulg-Meyer scale. Results: The internal consistency index Cronbach's α coefficients of the three components of physical function, activity and participation in the ICF-RS scale are 0.886, 0.708 and 0.817 (P<0.05). In the two times assessment, the correlation coefficients of the ICF-RS scale body function, activity dimension score and Fugl-Meyer score were -0.935, -0.946 and -0.836, -0.829 (P<0.05). Physical function, activity dimension in ICF-RS, Fugl-Meyer scale scores before and after treatment were statistically different (P<0.05). Conclusion: ICF-RS scale has good reliability and validity, and can be used as an effective measurement tool to evaluate the rehabilitation function of stroke patients.
