目的：通過質控指標的監測，以維持持續、穩定、優質的婦科細胞學診斷水平。方法：收集鏡湖醫院病理科2012～2016年的175206例婦科細胞學結果進行ASCUS診斷率、ASCUS與SIL的比值及每月隨機抽查質控等三項質控監測指標回顧性研究。結果：院內、院外和全院季度的ASCUS百分比全部符合動態範圍的質控目標（1.6%～9.0%），院外和全院還達到最佳的質控目標（< 5%）。除了2012年院內第二季度稍高外（4.65），全部院內、院外和全院季度的ASCUS與SIL的比值符合動態範圍的質控目標（0.64%～4.23%）。每月隨機質控SIL或以上診斷符合率為100%。結論：採用質控指標監測去發現問題，採取干預措施，以維持恒定優良的婦科細胞學診斷質量水平。

Objective: To maintain a continuous, stable and high quality of diagnostic result of gynecological cytology by monitoring the quality control indicators. Methods: A retrospective study was carried out on 175206 cases of gynecological cytology results from 2012~2016 at the Department of Pathology of Kiang Wu Hospital. The ASCUS rate, the ratio of ASCUS to SIL and the monthly random quality control were reviewed. Results: The percentage of ASCUS of in-house, out-of hospital and hospital-wide quarters all met the dynamic range of quality control targets (1.6%~9.0%) and the best (<5%) was achieved in out-of hospital and the hospital-wide. Except for the slightly higher second quarter of in-house hospital in 2012 (4.65), the ratio of ASCUS to SIL for all in-house, out-of hospital and hospital-wide quarters met the dynamic range of quality control targets (0.64~4.23). The monthly random quality control SIL or above diagnostic concordant rate was 100%. Conclusion: By monitoring the quality control indicators, problems can be found and solved by suitable intervention. Eventually, a stable and high quality of diagnosis of gynecological cytology can be maintained.
