目的：探討子宮內膜採集器（SAP-1）在絕經後女性子宮內膜癌篩查中的作用。方法：選取2018年8月～2020年12月間在本院婦產科住院行宮腔鏡檢查的42例絕經後女性患者，術中先應用SAP-1採集子宮內膜，後行宮腔鏡下診刮或電切術收集標本，以後者的病理診斷結果為金標準，分析SAP-1取材的診斷符合率。結果：應用SAP-1取材的標本滿意率90.5%（38/42），稍低於宮腔鏡下取材的95.2%（40/42），但兩種方法比較差異無統計學意義（P >0.05）；SAP-1取材的診斷敏感性、特異性和準確率分別為83.3%、84.2%和97.4%；絕經後女性無論是否有出血症狀、子宮內膜是否增厚或佔位、是否具有子宮內膜癌危險因素，SAP-1取材的診斷與金標準的符合率均超過95%，無差異（P >0.05）。結論：在絕經後女性中，應用SAP-1行子宮內膜取材標本滿意度理想，無論患者是否有出血症狀、子宮內膜增厚、子宮內膜癌高危因素，診斷符合率均比較高，是較理想的篩查方法，但仍需大樣本研究驗證。

Objective: To evaluate the application of endometrial sampler SAP-1 as a screening tool to detect endometrial cancer among postmenopausal women. Methods: From August 2018 to December 2020, 42 postmenopausal women were hospitalized for hysteroscopy examination. Before the hysteroscopy procedure, endometrial samples were collected by SAP-1. The histology was compared between SAP-1 and hysteroscopy sampling. Results: The qualified rate for the SAP-1 sampling was 90.5%. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy rate of SAP-1 sampling for diagnosing the endometrialcancer of precancerous lesions was 83.3%, 84.2% and 97.4% respectively. Among these patients, whether they had bleeding symptoms, endometrial thickening or space occupying, having risk factors for endometrial cancer or not, the diagnostic coincidence rate of SAP-1 sampling was over 95%, and the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion: In postmenopausal women, SAP-1 sampling is an ideal screening method. However, it still needs large-sample study to verify the conclusion though the diagnostic coincidence rate in this study is quite high.
