目的:探討語言能力干預對語言發育遲緩(DLD)兒童溝通動機改善的臨床療效。方法:選取DLD兒童和自閉症譜系障礙(ASD)兒童為研究對象,對兩組進行訓練干預,在訓練前後進行13項溝通動機的評估。結果:14例DLD組在干預前後總評分有統計學差異(P<0.05),分項目10項有統計學差異,而要求(信息)、意見/評語、炫耀無統計學差異;12例ASD組干預前後總評分有統計學差異(P<0.05),分項目中有7項有統計學差異,而命名、要求(信息)、意見/評語、回答、炫耀及情感流露無統計學差異;兩組總分差值有統計學差異(P<0.05)。結論:語言能力干預能有效改善DLD患兒溝通動機的能力,對單純DLD患兒療效更明顯;研究認為對於缺乏口語表達的患兒在溝通動機訓練基礎上,應該增加口語表達的訓練。 |
英文摘要 |
Objective: To investigate the effects ofspeech and languageintervention to improve the communication temptation in developmental language delay(DLD) children. Methods: Twenty-six children were divided in DLD group(14) and ASD group(12). Two groups were given 10 sections of speech and languageintervention. Before and after intervention, they were tested by the13-item scale of communication skills. Results: In DLD group the scores of naming, request for object, request for action, refusal, protest/ reject, directing/showing, responding, greet/farewell, showing off, express affection and total scores before and after intervention were statistically different (P<0.05), but in ASD group, only request for object, request for action, refusal, protest/reject, directing/showing, responding, greet/farewell and total scores were statistically different(P<0.05). The difference before and after interventionin two groups was statistically different(P<0.05). Conclusion: Speech and language in tervention shows significant effects in DLD with communication temptation impairment. Compared with ASD children, interventions have significant effects in DLD children. This research considered that the speech trainings should not only focus on communication temptation, but also on oral expression for the DLD children; For ASD children with no languages, communication device can be used in training. |
