近年來,社會治安的維護為警察機關首要的工作之一。為了加強社會治安的維護,警察機關便針對各項執掌之業務成立專案,以利工作之推行及治安的維護。警察機關除要追求良好的工作績效外,亦要注意組織內部員警之需求,如提供之工作環境、升遷機會、福利與薪資水準等,是否尚有其他因素會影響到員警對工作之滿意,甚而影響到工作之績效。因此,本研究即期待找出提升員警工作滿意度的因素,以有效激勵警察人員之士氣,並提高專案工作績效,以提供警政機關決策階層在規劃專案時的參考。本研究主題在於探討工作滿意度對警政專案績效之影響。研究結果發現: 1.專案團隊成員的工作滿意度與專案的績效有顯著的正向影響,亦即專案團隊成員的內、外在工作滿足越高,則其專案績效會越高。 2.不同的專案類型於整體的工作滿意與專案時間績效呈現有顯著的差異。 3.不同專案使用的技術方法於專案整體效益績效呈現有顯著的差異。 4.不同的專案完成時間於內在工作滿意度呈現有顯著的差異。

英文摘要

In recent years, the maintenance of public order for the police authorities, is one of the most important tasks. In order to strengthen the maintenance of public order, the police authorities in charge of the business will be set up for various projects, to facilitate the work of the implementation and maintenance of law and order. Police authorities in addition to the pursuit of a good performance, but also pay attention to the demand for police officers within the organization, such as providing the working environment, advancement opportunities, benefits and salary levels, to ascertain whether there are other factors that may affect the satisfaction of work police officers, and even affect the performance of the work. Therefore, this study is to look forward to find ways of increasing police officers job satisfaction factors in order to effectively motivate the morale of police personnel and to improve project performance in order to provide police authorities when the decision-making levels in the planning of the project reference. Subject of this study is to explore the effect of job satisfaction on the policing project performance. The results showed as followed: 1.The project team members’ job satisfaction and performance of the project have a significant positive impact, that is, within the project team members, the job satisfaction higher; its project performance will be higher. 2.The different project types in the overall job satisfaction and project time performance, showed a significant difference. 3.Technical methods used in different projects on the overall performance of the project showed a significant difference. 4.The completion time of different project in intrinsic job satisfaction have a significant difference.
