此項研究的目的是在調查全球化企業的研發機構轉型,以適應競爭,並與企業策略校準的機制。此外,這項研究還調查企業如何從構建自己的技術能力著手,將一個私人企業轉型為全球性的上市公司。 該研究中使用了實際的公司個案做研究。收集了該公司從成立開始至今日的成就的歷史資料。並對其成就和研發機構的轉型的相關性進行了分析,研究企業策略、研發策略和全球化策略之間的協同進化。 結果指出,該公司呈現的企業策略、研發策略和全球策略間靈活的協同進化鋪砌了這個傲人成就的道路。 該研究報告總結了一個企業策略、R&D策略和全球化策略間良好的協同進化對一個要欲成為一個全球性的公司之必要性。

英文摘要

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanisms that transform the R&D organization of a globalized company to fit the competition and align with the corporate strategy. Moreover, this study also investigates how companies build up their technological capabilities to transform from a private domestic company to a public and global corporation. Case study is used in this study. The historic data of the company from its beginning establishment to present achievement is collected. The achievement and transformation of R&D organization is analyzed to examine the co-evolution among the corporate strategy, R&D strategy and globalization strategy. The results indicate that the company presented the agile co-evolution of corporate strategy, R&D strategy and global strategy paves the way to the remarkable success. The study concludes a nice co-evolution among corporate strategy, R&D strategy and global strategy is necessary to become a global company.
