於臺灣土地成本日益昂貴,掩埋空間足年下降因素下。本試驗為將焚化飛灰及錐管玻璃等有害廢棄物進行減量/無毒化處理,試驗程序以化學沈澱方式溶出廢棄物體表或內含重金屬物質,再以物理過濾/吸附截取固體物。以達到試驗廢水中重金屬物質去除效果,並將處理流程連貫為一循環體系。試驗後續將上述飛灰水洗製程進行模廠建設,並檢測其試驗成效;錐玻處置則進行噴砂/鹼洗程序處理產物,以TCLP試驗檢測其處理後重金屬溶出量。 試驗結果可發現於飛灰處理流程中,飛灰水洗液經通二氧化碳的化學沈澱會有化合物形成,以SEM/EDS分析可知表體含硫、氯、鈣、鉛等元素,其中鈣含量佔53.45%,並可以固液出離取出碳酸鈣粉末。最後濾液以濾心填充生物碳方式過濾水洗液後,其水體中鉛由42.10降至2.74ppm可達93%去除率。水洗流程以模廠製程處理後飛灰水洗液EC值可由初始水洗液76.2降至50.6 ms/cm。錐玻處理則於鹼洗三次具有較佳清除體表螢光粉及其內含鉛之效果,其產物經毒性溶出試驗後,由初始樣品TCLP溶出6.37降至0.24~2.38ppm,並以物理吸附鹼洗液重金屬廢水後,可回填至初始鹼液以達製程水循環系統。

英文摘要

In Taiwan land costs are increasingly expensive, landfill space are decrease in every year . The experiment for the harmful waste of incineration fly ash and CRT glass doing Redue / Non-toxic treatment. Test procedures for chemical precipitation leaching heavy metals from fly ash washwater, then use physical filtration / adsorption interception solids. In order to achieve remove the heavy metals from waste water. And will coherent process flow become circulation system. The subsequent tests will be carried out above ash washing process-plant construction, Disposal of the CRT glass use sand blast / caustic wash program processing product. after treatment use TCLP test to detect its leaching of heavy metals. Test results can be found in the fly ash Treatment process, Fly ash washing liquid by chemical precipitation of CO2 Ventilatory will form a compound. In SEM / EDS analysis shows that the meter surface have S, Cl,Ca and Pb elements,Among them including calcium content accounted for 53.45 percent%, And can be taken out from the solid-liquid of calcium carbonate powder. Final the filtrate use carbon filters to filter the water washes, its Pb in water from the 42.10 down to 2.74ppm,have III 93% removal. Fly ash washing liquid treatment by molding plant process,the EC value from 76.2 to 50.6 ms/cm. CRT glass Treatment with surface phosphor powder and the lead in better clean results on three times caustic wash . It’s products in Toxicity characteristic leaching procedure, the initial sample lead leaching from 6.37 to 0.24 ~ 2.38ppm, And use physical filtration treatment alkali lotion heavy metal wastewater, Alkali lotion can be backfilled to the original process in order to reach water circulation systems.
