本文主要結合有限元素分析與實驗模態分析之結構模型驗證。其目 的在於確認理論數學模型之合理性與正確性,以得到能代表實際結構之 等效分析模型。首先使用ANSYS 軟體槌球桿與球頭進行模態分析,求得 其結構之模態參數,即自然頻率與模態振型;然後以實驗模態分析進行 實驗,以衝擊鎚激振為輸入條件,加速度計量測之訊號為輸出,經由 ME''''ScopeVES 軟體進行曲線嵌合動作,求出實驗之自然頻率、阻尼比與 模態振型;經由有限元素分析與實驗模態分析兩種方法得到之模態參數 來進行比較驗證,進而確定有限元素模型之正確性,接著探討球桿握把 對振動特性之影響。

英文摘要

This study is mainly about the finite element analysis and experimental modal analysis. The goal of this study is to confirm the logic and correctness of theoretical mathematical modal, and thus, deriving a realistic and representative analysis modal. The ANSYS software is used to carry on the modal analysis to the Croquet and ball head and then to get the modal parameters of the structure, which are the natural frequency and mode shapes. Then, the experimental modal analysis is started testing. The hammer is taken to impact structure as the input condition and the acceleration is measured from the structure as the output condition. Results are running through ME’Scope software to carry on the curve fitting. The natural frequency, damping ratio and the mode shape from the experiment are obtained. The modal parameters that result from the above two kinds of methods are used to carry on the comparison and identification, and then make sure the accuracy of the finite element model. Then explore the impact of ball bar on the vibration characteristics.
