對消費者選擇球具而言,高爾夫球具之擊球聲音是很重要的關鍵因素之一,而高爾夫球具擊球聲音之影響已知是有關於結構參數,以及更重要的是振動模態特性之影響,但由於設計分析和實驗量測複,涉及很多步驟,因此整合分析及量測數據的快速後處理之技術發展,有利於設計工程師之設計分析流程。本文將會延伸目前已發展之半理論半實驗高爾夫球具擊球聲音預測方法,提出採用VL-ACOUSTICS 聲學模擬軟體之聲音預測分析方法,以良好聲音品質特性進行調整,將更符合高爾夫球具之設計需求。並驗證此新開發之聲音預測方法,且綜合良好聲音特性之需求提出基於聲音品質之高爾夫球頭設計,並需要進一步驗證其分析與實驗結果之間的聲音品質指標。本文將建立球具之好聽聲音品質特性頻譜指標、球具聲音輻射預測方法與基於良好聲音品質之球頭結構逆向工程設計分析技術,因此工程師可有效率於設計階段,即可預測不同結構之高爾夫球頭聲音響應來判斷聲音的品質,並縮短球頭結構設計時所需之時間及減少測試樣品製作之成本。

英文摘要

The hitting sound of golf clubs is one of key important factor for consumers to choose their clubs. The impact sound of clubs is known being related to structural parameters and, most importantly, vibration modal characteristics. Since the design analysis and experimental measurement are complicated and involved many steps of operations, the integration of analysis and measurement data was developed for fast post-processing and beneficial to design engineers. This work will extend the current semi-analytical and semi-experimental approach in predicting the golf club impact sound and propose analytical approaches by applying VL-ACOUSTICS software. The good sound quality characteristics will be calibrated to suit the need of golf clubs. The new developed sound prediction methods is validated and integrated with the good sound properties requirement. The sound quality base club head design is presented and needed to perform further verification between analytical and experimental results for sound quality indices. This work will establishes the good sound quality spectrum for golf club, the sound radiation prediction methods and the reverse engineering design analysis technique base on the good sound properties. And therefore, in the design stage engineers can predict the golf club sound and virtually hear the sound to judge the sound quality. The proposed methodology can be effective in the design stage and beneficial to reduce time in design modification and cost in repeatedly making prototypes.
