本研究旨在探討屏東縣國中教師工作壓力與工作倦怠之關係。本研究採用問卷調查方式,以研究者自編之「屏東縣國中教師工作壓力與工作倦怠調查問卷」為研究工具,以屏東縣一百學年度公立國中(不包含完全中學國中部及私立國中)教師為調查母群體,以學校地區為分層基準,採用分層抽樣方式之比率分配抽樣法抽取300名教師為樣本,回收問卷293份,有效問卷290份,有效問卷佔總發出問卷的96.67%,並以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析法進行資料處理,研究結果如下: 一、屏東縣國中教師知覺工作壓力程度屬於中上程度,且會因不同的性別、婚姻狀 況、任教年資、任教科目以及學校地區而有所差異。 二、屏東縣國中教師感受工作倦怠程度屬於中下程度,且會因不同的性別而有所差 異。 三、屏東縣國中教師工作壓力與工作倦怠具有顯著正相關存在。 四、屏東縣國中教師知覺工作壓力對工作倦怠感受具有顯著預測力,其中以教師工作 壓力之「人際關係」分層面的預測力最大。 |
英文摘要 |
This study aims to explore the relationship between job stress and job burnout of junior high school teachers in Pingtung County. The research is based on the questionnaire method, which was used to collect data from the junior high school teachers in Pingtung County in 2012. 300 teachers were randomly selected. 290 of them were valid, which made a participation rate of 96.67%. The analysis procedures included describin statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson`s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. This study has come to the following conclusions: 1. The junior high school teachers in Pingtung County have a middle-high level of job stress, which depends on the different gender, marital status, years of serving as a teacher, teaching subject and school location. 2. The junior high school teachers in Pingtung County have a middle-low level of job burnout, which depends on the different gender. 3. There was a significantly positive correlation between the teachers』 job stress and job burnout. 4. The teachers』 job stress can significantly predict teachers』 job burnout, and the predictability of 「personal relationship」 is the highest. |
