Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship among the Lecturers’ Teaching Style, Students’ Satisfaction, and Employment Willingness in the Beauty Industrial Trade Union.
A total of 275 questionnaires were distributed, of which 253 were valid. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis.
The findings of the study are as follows:
1. There was a significant difference in the students’ satisfaction level due to union instructors' teaching styles in the beauty industry. The results of the study showed that the student-centered teaching style had the highest students’ satisfaction level, and the eclectic teaching style had a higher satisfaction level than the teacher-centered style.
2. The union instructors' teaching styles made a significant difference in the students’ employment willingness. The results of the study showed that the student-centered teaching style of the instructors resulted in the highest students’ employment willingness after the training, followed by the eclectic teaching style, and the teacher-centered teaching style ranked third.
3. The students’ satisfaction positively influenced their employment willingness. The results of the study indicated that the higher students’ satisfaction, the higher willingness to work in the related industry after the training would be.
