Human resosurce management has been a persistent concern for both researchers and companies over time. Given the growing awareness of human capital as competitive advantage to an organization in ever-changing competitive environment presently, human resource management and development has been paid due attention. It is widely agreed that human resource is viewed as a strategic partner with the top management in executing the corporate strategy, increasing the business efficiency, maintaining the employee engagement and commitment as well as effectively managing the changes for optimal organization capacity enhancement. Business leaders have also come to perceive the link between talent management and business success and to recognize HR’s potential roles in unlocking the discretionary effort of employees as a source of competitive advantage. |
