本研究的目的在於探討自製技擊反應動作時間訓練器對於空手道選手在對打第一反應動作時間上是否有實質的幫助。本研究是以長庚大學空手道隊學生14名為受試對象,平均年齡21.07±1.59歲、身高 165.50±9.61公分、體重 59.86±9.48公斤、學習時間 1.93±1.07年。實驗方法是以受試者個人身高之比例為打擊目標距離,打擊目標共計12個得分區域打點,以22次的訊號亮燈給予選手打擊,並由馬錶數據來觀察選手的第一反應動作時間;實驗天數共計14天,第1-7天先讓選手熟悉練習自制技擊反應動作時訓練器後,以第8天開始為前測日,前測結束後,以同樣的的實驗方法再密集訓練5天,第14天為後測日;測試方式分別為前測實驗及後測實驗;實驗結果發現,選手們在透過自製技擊反應動作時間訓練器之訓練下,第一反應動作時間能力及打擊目標準確度均顯著提升。本研究是希望透過自製儀器設計,發展出一套較適合技擊運動之反應動作時間訓練儀器,同時也期望此訓練儀器能對技擊選手在第一反應時間訓練上有所幫助,並提供技擊項目一個反應訓練的參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate the sensitivity of a self devised martial arts training implement to test whether the implement would work or not in detecting the foremost response time when contestants participated in karate fighting. 14 karate contestant subjects from Chang Gung University school team were recruited. The mean age of the subjects were 21.07 ± 1.59 years old, height 165.50 ± 9.61cm, weight 59.86 ± 9.48kg and experience in learning karate was 1.93 ± 1.07 years. The ratio of subject's height was the element in determining the hitting target distance. They were required to hit 12 targets for scored marks. A light indicator was used to let the subjects know when they should hit the target. They needed to hit the target 22 times. The foremost response time was recorded using a stopwatch. The entire test was carried out for a week. The eighth day was defined as the pretest day. After the pretest day, the same training program aws carried out for the following 5 days. The 14th day aws recorded as posttest day. At this time the subjects were tested again for foremost response time. The data were collected both at pretest and posttest. The results were as follows: the performance of the foremost response time and the accuracy in hitting the target of a karate contestant that had trained using the self devised martial arts training implement was significantly increased. The purpose of this study was to develop a set of martial arts training implements that would be suitable for martial arts training. We hope it's helpful in detecting the foremost response time of the karate contestant, in the meanwhile, we also hope this self devised martial arts implement can help the karate contestant in the foremost response time. Furthermore, these preliminary results are encouraging and may justify further investigation. Finally, we hope this study material can provide the reader with useful information and be used as an effective reference for martial arts hitting time response.
