清朝中葉，順天府（北京）一帶發生霍亂流行，繼之蔓延全國數省，死亡枕藉，造成民眾的極大恐慌。本文主要探討該傳染病造成的影響、溫病學家們的認識，以及官方的因應之道。

In the middle period of the Ch'ing dynasty, cholera has broken out in the area of Sun-Tian fu (Peking), which infected several provinces in the territory of China. It caused tremendous damage and has a high mortality. This paper is aimed to study the effect about this infection. Observed ”the school of epidemic febrile disease” and the government, how to cure and how to prevent this plague.
