COVID-19後遺症之神經痛及嗅覺喪失恢復一例

本病例為嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎（COVID-19）輕症住院之患者，出院後仍有神經痛及嗅覺喪失等後遺症，且聚合酶連鎖反應檢測仍為陽性，伴有疲倦甚、腹瀉或便秘、皮膚紅疹癢甚、失眠、打噴嚏等症狀，經診斷認為是外邪入裡、熱擾心神的少陽症，以經方加減及台灣清冠一號治療三個月後，神經痛已改善，嗅覺喪失也恢復，已可正常上班。新冠肺炎痊癒後，而仍有後遺症的患者常會尋求中醫的調理，本案例或可供同道們做一參考。

This case is a patient hospitalized with mild COVID-19. After discharge, there are still sequelae such as neuralgia and anosmia, and the polymerase chain reaction test for COVID-19 is still positive. After the combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and NRICM101, the above symptoms are all resolved improve.
