老年慢性腎病的治療照護是個漫長而受苦的歷程，醫療人員除了確保疾病治療成效外，尚須以全人觀點瞭解個案的各種心理社會需求，並提供個案及家屬適當社會資源，協助其渡過壓力過程。本文透過審視老年慢性腎病患者之心理社會問題，介紹憂鬱症、焦慮、行為異常及社會支持等常見議題，希望有助於幫助臨床醫護處理相關問題，並促進治療的成果。

It is a long way and suffering process to be cured and cared for elderly with chronic kidney disease. The medical experts not only have to ensure the effectiveness for treatment, but also have to understand the holistic psychosocial needs for the patients. They also must search the appropriate social resources for cases and family. In this paper, we try to review the psychosocial issues in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease, and it includes the issues about depression, anxiety, abnormal behavior, and social support in elderly with chronic kidney disease. Hopefully, it can help clinical staff manage these problems and promote the treatment outcomes.
