中藥盆寧顆粒治療慢性子宮內膜炎的臨床隨機對照觀察

目的：觀察盆寧顆粒治療慢性子宮內膜炎的作用機制。方法：將符合納入標準的38例患者應用亂數字法隨機分為盆寧顆粒組（23例）和對照組（15例），盆寧顆粒組給予盆寧顆粒（紅藤、敗醬草、白花蛇舌草、赤芍、當歸、制乳香、制沒藥、三棱、莪朮、皂角刺、丹參、柴胡、細辛、黃耆、穿山甲片)105g/次，2次/天，連用4周；對照組給予左氧氟沙星500mg，1次/天，甲硝唑片500mg，2次/天，連用1周；兩組治療結束後均隨訪0.5年。應用宮腔鏡技術觀察患者治療前後內膜形態，並定點活檢，分析炎症內膜中黏蛋白-1（mucin-1，MUC-1）、缺氧誘導因數-1α（hypoxia induced facter-1α，HIF-1α）的表達情況。從臨床症狀、宮腔鏡表現、病理分析、分子水準4個方面比較，盆寧顆粒組和對照組治療效果。結果：盆寧顆粒組臨床症狀改善顯效率為（91.30%）高於對照組（60.00%，P＜0.05）；盆寧顆粒組減少子宮內膜間質內淋巴漿細胞CD38浸潤，療效優於對照組（P＜0.05）；盆寧顆粒組顯著降低HIF-1α表達量，增加MUC-1的表達量，療效優於對照組（P＜0.05）。結論：盆寧顆粒治療慢性子宮內膜炎效果明顯，且較單純西藥抗生素為優。
