宮腔黏連為臨床上常見病，該病復發率高，易導致不孕。張玉珍教授認為宮腔黏連患者應採用中西醫結合治療，先宮腔鏡下分離黏連，注重術後分階段治療，初期採用益腎活血法，自創益腎活血方，防止宮腔再黏連；後期採用補腎養血健脾法提高子宮內膜容受性、幫助受孕，臨床療效滿意。

Intrauterine adhesions are common clinical diseases, the recurrence rate of the disease is high, easily lead to infertility. Professor Zhang Yuzhen think the patients intrauterine adhesions should be treated with Integrative Medicine, the first transcervical resection of adhesion, pay attention to postoperative stage treatment, the initial stage method is reinforcing kidney and activating blood, create her own prescription named Yishen Huoxue Fang, to prevent intrauterine adhesions again; later stage method is reinforcing kidney, nourishing blood and strengthening spleen to improve the contains of endometrium, help conception, curative effect is remarkable.
