泌乳過多症候群（hyperlactation syndrome），相較於泌乳過少，臨床上較不常見。目前現代醫學對該症候群之發病機轉不明、而關於藥物治療成效的研究甚少、而且在臨床上使用又具有不良副作用。古代文獻中，以「乳汁過多」或「產後乳汁自出」作記載，其中包含正常與異常的泌乳過多之鑑別、病因病機、處置、以及用藥搭配的論述。本研究目的在於蒐集及分析中西醫相關文獻，提供中西醫結合時治療的參考。
