［目的］總結浙江省名中醫章勤教授針對薄型子宮內膜人群不孕症臨床辨證施治經驗。［方法］通過跟隨章勤教授臨診並學習章勤教授的醫案，總結章師臨床治療薄型子宮內膜人群不孕症的學術觀點和臨床經驗。［結果］章勤教授認為薄型子宮內膜患者其病因分以“局部因素”與“全身因素”，分別以補腎活血化瘀及補腎填精為大法分而治之。［結論］章勤教授針對薄型子宮內膜人群助孕經驗特色鮮明，療效顯著，值得學習與推廣。

Summary: Summary of the experience of Professor Zhang Qin of Zhejiang Province in the clinical dialectical treatment of infertility in the thin endometrial population. By following Professor Zhang Qin's visit and studying Professor Zhang Qin's medical case, we summarize Zhang's academic views and clinical experience in the clinical treatment of thin endometrial infertility in the thin endometrial population. Professor Zhang Qin believes that the etiology of thin endometrial patients is divided into ＂local factors＂ and ＂whole body factors＂, respectively, to complement the renal hemorrhoids and renal filling as the main division. Professor Zhang Qin's experience of assisting pregnancy in the thin endometrial population has distinctive characteristics, and its efficacy is remarkable, which is worth learning and popularizing.
