婦科典籍運用四物湯治療血虛與血瘀之藥物劑量研究

四物湯最初記載於唐朝藺道人《仙授理傷續斷秘方》一書當中，此方由當歸、白芍、地黃、川芎各等分所組成，主治傷重腸內有瘀血，原為一標準傷科方劑，然而經過經歷代醫家各學派因應不同證型、主治，增補修改四物湯中四味藥物的劑量，此方逐漸轉為一帖治療婦科疾病常用的複方。本研究蒐集及分析自唐代到清末為止，婦科典籍共二十六本，共計統整出五十四張以四物湯為基底加減的藥方，分析四物湯中各藥物使用劑量與血虛及血瘀證的相關性，研究結果發現川芎的劑量是使用四物湯治療血瘀證的關鍵。

Si Wu Tang, which consists of Danggui, Shaoyao, Dihuang and Chuanxiong, was first recorded by the Tang Dynasty doctor Lin Daoren. In his book, the dosage of the four Chinese herbs were the same and the formula was used to treat injury-caused blood stasis in the intestinal tract. As time passed, the dosage of herbs in Si Wu Tang had been modified. Gradually, Si Wu Tang has become a common formula for gynecological disease. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the dosages of herb in Si Wu Tang and Blood-deficiency and Blood-stasis patterns. The results found that Chuanxiong played an role when Si Wu Tang was used to treat Blood-stasis pattern.
