本病例為73歲女性，2013年因長期尿失禁至台北慈濟醫院泌尿科就診，診斷為急迫性尿失禁，服用西藥後症狀改善，但近半年又因尿失禁次數變多至中醫求診。中醫辨證為腎陽不足，膀胱固攝失司，併用中藥後漏尿情形大幅改善，夜尿減少，整體提升生活品質。我們由此案例探討中西醫診斷與治療婦女尿失禁可能的機轉與方向。

This case is a 73-year-old female. She went to the urology department of Taipei Tzu Chi Hospital due to long-term urinary incontinence in 2013, She was diagnosed as urge incontinence and the symptoms improved after taking western medicine. However, in the past 6 months, she went to the department of Chinese medicine because of the increase in urinary incontinence. The syndrome differentiation is diagnosed as the kidney yang deficiency and bladder retention failure. After combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the leakage of urine is greatly improved, which not only reduces nocturia, but also improve the overall quality of life. From this case we explore the possible mechanism and direction of TCM and Western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of women's urinary incontinence.
