體外人工受孕(IVF)已經成為輔助不孕症患者提升懷孕機率最有效的方式,子宮內膜厚度是胚胎植入前一個重要的評估依據。本案例為一位子宮內膜過薄,西藥賀爾蒙治療無效之不孕患者,透過中藥以及針灸調理,成功讓子宮內膜於自然週期變厚,進入適合胚胎植入階段,並且成功著床。我們於中醫治療階段,進行超音波監測針灸前後子宮動脈血流,發現明確血流變化,與子宮內膜變厚之關係。在臨床上,實為一個可以參考的做法。

英文摘要

In vitro infertility (IVF) has become the most effective way to increase the probability of pregnancy in infertility patients. Endometrial thickness is an important predictor before e embryo transplantation. This case is an infertile woman whose endometrium was too thin and the western medicine hormone treatment is not effective. After treating with Chinese medicine and acupuncture for six months, her endometrium was successfully thickened. Then she entered the embryo transplantation course and gave birth to twins. During the TCM treatment, we found that acupuncture improved not only the endometrium thickness, but also the blood flow in uterus. This mechanism may be applied to clinical treatment.
