40歲女性，擔任補習班老師，工作時間長且工作招生壓力大，個性緊張易焦慮擔憂，生產史為G2P1A1，109/08/05後月經未至，直至110/03/24至本院婦產科檢查，結果為E2：18.41mIU/ml、FSH:77.12mIU/ml，診斷為早發性卵巢衰竭。110/04/01-110/06/30期間服用康樂娜（COVINA），並於4/16月經至，其後在5/6、5/27皆有月經，於110/07/20至中醫門診。中醫診斷後認為證型為肝鬱血虛，治則疏肝解鬱，滋陰養血安神，期間服用中藥後，於110/08/01、110/09/02、110/10/05月經至。閉經的造成原因有很多，治療時間也需要一段時間才會看到成效，因此找出可縮短顯效的時間，是將來在繼發性閉經的治療上，繼續努力的方向。 |
| 英文摘要 |
The article is a case report of secondary amenorrhea treated by Chinese medicine. The 40-year-old female, a teacher ofcramschool, worked long hours and feels stressed on enrollment. She always feels nervous, anxiety and worry. The production history is G2P1A1. The menstrual cycle was ceased from 2020/08/05. Nine months later, she went to our GYN and was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure and prescribed COVINA from 2021/04/01 to 2021/06/30. She had menstruation on 2021/04/16, 2021/05/06, 2021/05/27 and the went to our OPD on 2021/07/20 for help.The purpose of Chinese medicine is to soothe the liver, calm the nerves, nourish the blood and the yin of liver and kidney. After 3 months treatment, the patient's period became normal and did not have any obvious discomfort symptoms.Secondary amenorrhea may be resulted from different reasons and need longtime to get the therapy effect. We can focus on how to shorten the treatment duration in the future. |
