方劑學在中醫的教育是非常重要的,學生通常透過評量與報告來評估其學習成效。目前由於人工智慧(AI)發展迅速,聊天機器人可以幫助學生產生學習報告,將可能對方劑學習產生影響。本研究擬比較學生與聊天機器人針對毓麟珠之報告來探究AI對中醫教育之影響。由中醫學系學生及聊天機器人分別就毓麟珠的整理與分析之報告,以單盲的方式由三位具有負責醫師訓練指導醫師資格,其中一位並具有婦科專科醫師訓練指導醫師資格來進行評分與評語比較其優劣。結果顯示學生所完成之報告在評分優於聊天機器人,但聊天機器人已經有潛力在未來更接近學生水準。 |
英文摘要 |
Prescription studies are vitally important in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) education, where students typically assess their learning outcomes through evaluations and reports. With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), chatbots can assist students in generating learning reports, potentially impacting the study of prescriptions. This research aims to compare the reports on Yu Lin Zhu by students and chatbots to investigate AI's effect on TCM education. Reports on Yu Lin Zhu's medical cases from a 30-year clinical textbook were analyzed and organized by both TCM students and chatbots. In a single-blind method, three senior physicians to evaluated and scored the reports, one of whom also had qualifications to train gynecological specialists, comparing their merits. The findings reveal that the reports completed by the students were rated higher than those by the chatbots. However, chatbots have shown potential to approach the student level in the future. The study provides insight into the evolving relationship between traditional methods and modern AI technology within TCM education, shedding light on how chatbots might be utilized more effectively in teaching prescriptions, especially as they continue to evolve. |
