現今社會晚婚及忙碌的生活步調，不孕症夫婦的比例逐年攀升，越來越多患者接受人生殖技術的協助，然而隨著年齡的上升，胚胎植入的成功率也跟著下降，造成極大的心理及經濟壓力。本病例為一42歲女性，G0P0，經婦產科、風濕免疫科檢查無特殊解剖及生理上異常。曾多次進行人工受孕（IUI）及體外受精（IVF）療程，皆著床失敗。本次就診中醫主訴為婚後逾十年仍未懷孕。中醫診斷為腎精虧虛、氣滯血瘀，治則為以雷射針灸溫經通絡，調節神經內分泌、卵巢功能與子宮的血循，並搭配中藥補腎益精、補血活血化瘀。患者在進行試管療程期間搭配中醫治療後，胚胎成功著床並測得心跳。我們以此病例延伸探討雷射針灸之潛在機轉及對胚胎植入的影響。

In modern society, the proportion of couples facing infertility issues has been increasing due to the trend of late marriages and busy lifestyles. More and more patients are seeking assistance from assisted reproductive technologies. However, as age increases, the success rate of embryo implantation declines, resulting in significant psychological and economic burden. This case is a 42-year-old female, G0P0, who has undergone multiple cycles of intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF) without successful pregnancy. According to obstetrics and rheumatology examinations, there are no significant anatomical or physiological abnormalities. The patient visited the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) gynecology department, complaining of not being able to conceive for more than a decade. The TCM diagnosis indicated kidney essence deficiency, Qi stagnation, and blood stasis. The treatment plan involved laser acupuncture to warm the meridians, regulate the neuroendocrine system, improve ovarian function, and increase uterine blood flow. Herbal medicine was prescribed to nourish the kidney, replenish essence, promote blood circulation, and resolve blood stasis. The patient received TCM treatment during her IVF treatment and achieved successful implantation with a detectable fetal heartbeat. We used this case to explore the potential mechanisms and effects of laser acupuncture on embryo implantation. This case report suggests that laser acupuncture may improves pregnancy outcomes.
